Sain Garib Das Sahib Ji was initially named Bhai Garibo. Later, after receiving the divine vision and blessings of Sain Maher Das Sahib Ji, he was given the sacred name Sain Garib Das Sahib.
Sain Ram Das Sahib Ji, having completed his worldly journey, prepared himself for the journey to Sach Khand Dham. Then, Sain Ram Das Sahib Ji gathered Sain Garib Das Sahib Ji along with his close devotees and householders. Embracing Sain Garib Das Sahib Ji, he said that the grace of Satguru Sain Maher Das Sahib Ji has always been upon him. “There is no difference between you and me. As I am the body, you are my soul, and as you are the body, I am your soul.” Following this, the revered master addressed the entire gathering, declaring that henceforth, Bhai Garibo should be regarded as their divine form. Every service and devotion should be offered to him, as he renounces the five elements of the physical body and prepares to depart towards Sach Khand Dham, attaining eternal bliss.
